We want you to be completely satisfied, whether you purchased a pair of RUBIES or received them as a donation. With this in mind we offer a 100% guarantee for 60 days from when you receive your package.  This should let you or your child wear them for a few days to see how comfortable they are. 

 

Exchanges and refund

If they don't fit, no problems we will help you select another size and send them out right way.  There is no need to wait for you to return the first pair. 

If they just don't work out we are happy to refund the amount of any items, as soon as you let us know.  

All items returned to us end up in the hands of families that cannot afford to purchase RUBIES.

 

Request an exchange or refund

You can request a return or exchange by email or by chatting with our bot.  The bot is available on every page in the bottom right corner of our site.  It's a pink circle with a chat icon.  You can also send us an email at support@rubyshines.com.  

We try our best to respond to your request within 24 hrs and strive to make the returns and exchange process as easy as possible.
