60 day guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied, whether you purchased a pair of RUBIES or received them as a donation. With this in mind we offer a 100% guarantee for 60 days from when you receive your package. This should let you or your child wear them for a few days to see how comfortable they are.
Exchanges and refunds
If they don't fit, no problems we will help you select another size and send them out right way. There is no need to wait for you to return the first pair.
If they just don't work out we are happy to refund the amount of any items, as soon as you let us know.
For those of you that need to exchange a donated pair, there is no need to return them. Feel free to pass them along to someone that may enjoy them.
All items returned to us end up in the hands of families that cannot afford to purchase RUBIES.
Request an exchange or refund
We are working on improving how we do exchanges and refunds. In the meantime, you can request one by sending a message to the RUBIES sunshine fun chat bot. The bot is available on every page in the bottom right corner. It's a pink circle with a chat icon. You can also send us an email at email@example.com.
