Measure all the way around the waist just under the belly button. Pick the size based on which waist range it fits in.
Select regular or tall versions based on the height (refer to chart further below).

In general the tall version is for adults and taller tweens and teens and people with longer than average height torsos. Refer to the chart further down to select whether a tall or regular one piece is more suitable. The tall version of size 14 and 16 is only available in the equivalent adult sizing S and M.
